Cutlery by meal type

  • Finger food: 1 fork per guest
  • Buffet: 1 fork + 1 knife per guest
  • 2-course: 1 set for main + dessert fork + spoon
  • 3-course: 2 forks + 2 knives + dessert fork + spoon

Serving utensils: 2 per 10 guests.
